Security, compatibility and resilient delivery for protected web interactions.
Technical supportA 30-day voluntary guarantee for genuinely unused code, while preserving mandatory consumer remedies.
Compatinova is a software division of SentinelCore (Pty) Ltd.
Compatinova offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee for qualifying software purchases when the code has not been used at all. A request must be received within 30 calendar days after the purchase date.
For this voluntary guarantee, “unused” means the purchased package has not been downloaded, accessed, activated, installed, copied, deployed, incorporated into a project, tested against a live or development application, or otherwise used. Because source code cannot practically be returned after access, the voluntary guarantee ends when a protected product download is successfully served.
Compatinova maintains server-side entitlement and delivery records including the order, product, download count, delivery time and security audit data. Those records may be used to determine whether the package was accessed. You may also be asked to confirm that no copy was obtained or used.
A failed sign-in or an unsuccessful payment does not count as code use. A page view of the protected portal does not count as a product download unless the ZIP is actually served.
The unused-code condition applies only to Compatinova’s additional voluntary guarantee. It does not remove any statutory remedy that cannot be waived. If digital content is defective, unsafe, not as described or supplied in breach of mandatory consumer law, you may have repair, replacement, price-reduction, rejection, refund or other rights irrespective of whether the voluntary guarantee is available.
Where UK or EEA distance-selling rules apply, checkout asks you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the legal effect on any cooling-off cancellation right once digital supply begins. Where those legal requirements are satisfied, the ordinary cancellation right for digital content may end after access begins. Statutory digital-content quality and remedy rights remain unaffected.
Where consumer law in your country, state or territory applies, any mandatory cancellation, quality, refund or other statutory remedies remain available to the extent required by law. Rules for digital goods and services can differ by jurisdiction, including where supply begins immediately with the customer’s consent. This policy does not contract out of rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
US refund and warranty rights can vary by state. The 30-day unused-code guarantee is an additional commercial promise and does not replace non-waivable state or federal remedies.
PayPal Buyer Protection and chargeback processes are administered independently under PayPal’s applicable terms. A request under this policy does not prevent a buyer from using rights available through PayPal or applicable payment law. Compatinova may provide PayPal with order, delivery and access evidence when responding to a case.
Email support@compatinova.com with the order number, purchaser email and reason for the request. Do not send payment credentials. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original PayPal transaction. Processing time after approval depends on PayPal and the funding source.
Implementation services are governed by the written quotation and mandatory law. Work already performed, booked third-party costs and custom deliverables may not fall within the unused-code guarantee. Any cancellation or refund for services is assessed against the agreed scope, work completed and applicable consumer law.
